Ms. Griffin, now serving as CEO, has extensive experience in one on one consulting and group training, as well as being a certified distance learning facilitator. She has had the honor of serving as a national spokesperson for Chevrolet Motor Vehicle Service Division, as well as being awarded their National Customer Service Choice Award. Ms. Griffin has also been a featured article writer in several automotive trade publications and is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development.
